LAS VEGAS « SO BELLA » CITY CENTER BLOCK C // non construit

The project is designed to create a city “piece” to accommodate apartment buildings and shops in between the hotels and Las Vegas’ most magnetic avenue, the famous “Strip”.

At street level, the architect prefers an effective and efficient loop to a grid of streets, to arrange the boutiques. Above the commercial area, a “flying carpet” covered with gardens welcomes the petals of the terrace houses while residential towers set an oneiric scene at night, illuminating “So Bella”.
