NEW YORK – Extension de la Tour LVMH // non construit

Right next to the LVMH tower, the extension is located at the crossing of the 57th street and Madison Avenue. Skillfully dealing with Manhattan’s building regulations, the project offers the advantage of the creation of a large bias matt surface of grey metal, freeing the view from the square. On Madison Avenue, a large screening partition extends the LVMH tower’s sanded glass surfaces, thus offering a recognizable bright façade to the avenue.
